Support Plan
At a preferential rate, a number of hours are allocated to you for a period
of one year.
The support plan is based on a projection of your needs over a 12-month
period.
It includes:
- Technical questions and software functions
- Questions concerning remote access
- Support in your office, by phone, e-mail or remote access
- Coverage throughout the greater Montreal area
